After a few emails regarding a mixup with the dates for pickup, the process went well. This was the only company that explained how pricing was determined up front. Many lure you in with a low price, only to tell you later that most of it is determined by the driver. This company explained it right away (although the actual end price was almost double the estimate). The driver was excellent and professional and delivered ahead of schedule!
