David (my broker) and Amerifreight were extremely helpful in shipping my 2002 Toyota Tacoma across the country. At first, I needed to call a couple of times, but once they had received my information, they were on top of it. They promptly called and emailed me whenever they received a bid on my truck, and they did not badger me with unnecessary emails. Even though the COVID-19 pandemic made it more difficult for everyone, they ensured that the process was as smooth as possible. The final price was higher than the quote, but given my time restraints, I decided I’d make it work. David did a great job explaining the types of insurance, extent of liability, payment, pickup, and delivery. He maintained an open line of communication, and he was flexible to accommodate my situation. I’d recommend David and Amerifrieght, and should I need to ship more vehicles, I’ll be calling them up again.
