My order number was 1501906031-HZ. If I were just reviewing Danielle, I would give AmeriFreight 5 stars. She was courteous and efficient and very helpful. I subtracted a star because the driver was good, but not great. First, I have to say that I have used other, cheaper car transporters and it is clear why they were cheaper. In one case with a cheaper car carrier, there were four or five cars on a rusty carrier being pulled by a truck that was very questionable. That was not my experience with AmeriFreight. The car carrier looked like new, only held three cars and the was being pulled by a substantial truck in very good shape. I have two minor complaints. First, the driver wanted to deliver the car a day early and wanted me to drive 30 miles to get my car because he had reached his regulatory driving limit. When I refused, he was very polite and courteous, but I don't think he should have asked in the first place. My second complaint is that the driver did not wear a face mask when he delivered the car. We were outside. I was wearing a face mask, but he did not wear one or offer to put one on even after seeing I was wearing one. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I am over 65. I would have appreciated the mask.
