The actual logistics relating to the pick up, transport, and delivery of my older VW sedan from OH to CA were performed without incident thanks to the efforts of the auto transport company , Ebro, LLC. I was, however very disappointed with the ability of Amerifreight representative to provide me an accurate quote for this effort, I received many quotes (estimates) for this service ranging from $850 to $1150. So you would typically choose one of the lower quotes if the broker rating was good or excellent. The disappointment was that the professional quote of $879 was totally off base. Actual cost based on three different trucking company quotes was $1281, an increase of 45% over the original estimate.
