We apologize for any frustrations this customer encountered. An error was made on the initial paperwork sent to the carrier, but was immediately corrected by our staff and updated in the carrier company's documentation. It appears when the customer attempted to call our office, we were closed, as it was on a Sunday. While we cannot attest to the carrier's paperwork or refusal to accept money from the customer, we can confirm that the paperwork error on our side was corrected right away.
