This is the second time I used this service. It did not went as smooth as the first one. I experienced a slower response time. I kept on sending messages with no responses. Carrier was finally assigned and I had to talk to 3 different people to be able to complete the transaction. I had to explained my services to each one of them as apparently no notes were taken each time. I contacted the carrier to determine the pickup date and time multiple times with no response. I had to call the day of the pickup to confirm. The carrier wanted to pickup the next day which was not possible. I had to push for the carrier to pickup that same day. After that, that carrier did delivered the vehicles as expected with no issues.
