I did not get the delivery date that I wanted and had to wait a 3 days for my car to get picked up. Samantha Smith was helpful throughout the process. She checked up on me throughout the process.. Unfortunately the actual price was about $400 more than what was originally quoted. This was annoying, but the end price was similar to what I got quoted from other organizations. Roland,the driver, kept me in the loop the whole time. I recommend Roland. He called the day before every pick up and delivery. He was on time. No visible damage to the car upon arrival at the drop off point. Delivery was from Washington state to Maryland.
