We appreciate all feedback from our customers. We apologize for the negative experience you encountered with the first carrier assigned to your order. We are happy, however, that you were able to have a smooth transportation process once another carrier was obtained. We understand the frustration that can occur with price increases, so Amerifreight always suggests that anyone with a time constraint opt for a different shipping rate. Our customers are welcome to decline any carrier offers until a suitable price is found. We hope that this customer will give us the opportunity to assist in their future shipment needs.
