My wife and I were having a nightmare of a time trying to move her (recently deceased) father's car from Long Island down to Georgia. Given that the car is inoperable, we were having a hard time finding a broker that could really help us. We did try working with another broker before AmeriFreight, but that turned out to be a horror story with miscommunication between the broker and the carrier, late arrivals, unprofessional and rude driver, followed by more delays (a full week). We ended up cancelling because of how bad the experience was. At this point we decided to go with AmeriFreight given the great reviews we had read online. We worked with Kimberly, and we couldn't be more happy. She was sensitive to our situation, as well as communicative, keeping us updated on a daily basis with the carrier search progress. Once she found a carrier, everything else fell into place; the difference between our first experience and the experience we had with AmeriFreight was NIGHT and DAY. The delivery was on time, with no issues with the car and the cost was reasonable. Kimberly kept in touch throughout the entire process, even after delivery. We really do appreciate all of the help we received, and we specially want to thank Kimberly for removing all of the stress that we had built from our previous experience and helping us get my father-in-law's car down to us where it belongs. We will definitely work with AmeriFreight in the future if we need any more car transports.
