I first heard of Amerifreight by reading a positive review on another website by a former customer of theirs who had used the company for a cross-country auto transport similar to the one I would be making. Like that reviewer, I have had nothing but positive experiences with Amerifreight. Amy, my contact person with the company, was very friendly and accommodating, even when I had to call to change the pickup date twice because I was sick and couldn't have the car ready for pickup when I had originally planned. Their quote was not the lowest (their quote was $830, the lowest I received was $785, the highest was over a thousand dollars), but on the middle-low end of the spectrum. After listening to countless messages from other auto transporters, talking to many of them, and corresponding by email with even more of them, I finally ended up choosing Amerifreight to arrange to take my car to California because their customer service was so outstanding and their customer service representatives were intelligent, kind, and reasonable. I would definitely use Amerifreight again and would highly recommend them on the basis of their reasonable cost, excellent communication, and general goodwill towards their customers.
