Harry provided good information on what to expect. My issue is more with the transport industry - the drivers seem to control the pricing and they often won't commit to a pick up until just a few days before you need the car to ship. That said, Harry did a great job of following up with me and making sure our car was shipped in time. The driver delivered the car earlier than expected which was nice.
