I was leary as there are so many shippers. I read reviews on every platform (google, yelp, here) and finally chose AmeriFreight. It started off bumpy as I was sent a direct contact name and number. After emailing and calling I didn't hear a thing. I randomly received another email with a different persons name and number. I was feeling uncertain at this point but decided to give it another try. I emailed and Danielle responded right away. She made my experience comfortable and amazing.
We weren't on a time constraint so had some flexibility in shipping. I thought it would be a week or two before we even got a call. We got a call within days.
Not only was Danielle knowledgable and patient, she continued to follow up with me every step of the way. Before pickup, directly after pickup, throughout transport, during delivery, and after delivery. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience with a process that was so unfamiliar.
I would call Danielle in a heartbeat if we every need a car shipped again.
