We apologize for any inconvenience this customer encountered due to the carrier company requesting payment at pick up. Contractually, they were obligated to collect payment upon delivery. Although this customer was unhappy due to cost and the time taken to ship his vehicle, it is always suggested that customers with time constraints select a priority option with a guaranteed rate.
