Well, all I can say is that this was my first time using a transport service, so it was a new, yet knowledgeable experience for me. My order was placed January 19, 2009, at 8:17 A.M, and I had the keys to my vehicle in hand February 4, 2009 at 2:56 P.M. (CST). I paid $800 to Car Go Care, and $180 to AmeriFreight, making it a grand total of $980 to have it shipped from Washington State to Missouri. While I felt the price was a little steep, knowing that I could fly to the location and drive back for less, on the flip side, it did save me the headache of taking time off work and driving exactly 1852 miles one way (or 27 hours). I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. As long as you are the one asking the questions, you will receive an answer. I was told that I would receive up to date information from AmeriFreight on the status of my shipment, but I ended up having to contact Car Go Care directly to find out where the vehicle was, whether it had been picked up, and when it would get to my location. All in all, it was almost worth it.
