Worst experience ever!

We placed our order to transport our vehicle on December 18, 2008. We constantly got the run around and the only way we could get to speak to someone was by going on to live help on their website as they didn't return our call. They were never able to secure a driver to pick up this vehicle. It was a nightmare!!! After trying to work with them for almost 5 weeks, we secured another carrier (Specialty Mobile-thank goodness) and were able to get our vehicle transported. Amerifreight was a complete nightmare to work with. We would recommend steering clear of them.

It is regrettable that we were not able to assist Marie with the shipment of her vehicle successfully. It was a very difficult time of the year and few carriers were able to pick up her car according to her requirements. We did have 3 trucks prepared to do the shipment, but none were suited to her circumstances. We are glad that another company was able to assist and have been totally cooperative in canceling her contract with us including any refund of fees paid to us. This is n unfortunate exception to what successes we have experienced with shipping customers vehicles and we do not profess that this can never happen. Most of our shipments are done with full customer satisfaction and according to our promise to deliver. more than 90% of our customers agree.
