Everything was great. Information was clear and concise. I've never done this before and everyone in the process was great. Car delivered in perfect condition, except no told me the driver unscrewed the antenna and places it in the driver side door. I looked in the glove box before buying a new one for $65. Now, I have 2 of them. However, all things being equal, it was a great experience.
