Our overall experience was good with AmeriFreight. Ali Jones was our contact and she was pleasant and knowledgeable and kept us informed about the process and progress of our particular situation. The carrier met us close to our home in a shopping center with a service road for easy loading and he was very professional, took lots of pictures of the car and made accurate notes. The delivery person had picked the car up from the carrier and took it on a single roll back to the more remote location where it was to be delivered. There was no damage and the items I had placed in the car had not been disturbed in any way, of course i knew if there was any theft they were not covered per the contract provisions.
The starting quote was lower than the actual price we ended up paying, but again, I expected this and it was not really out of line with the other quotes I received from other companies. I think I chose to go with AmeriFreight because I liked Ali after our initial conversation, she was not pushy and was very honest about the process. I would deal with this company again if I had another transport. I received NO Compensation for writing this review, this was my actual experience.
