When I began searching for an auto shipper to send my Ford Escape from Colorado to Pennsylvania, I was immediately overwhelmed due to the huge number of auto shipping groups available to chose from and the countless online reviews about them. It seemed that each company had just as many bad reviews as it did good ones. After extensive research, I chose AmeriFreight to ship my car, although I was still a little apprehensive about my decision. After speaking with Jeff on the phone, almost all of my worries went away. He answered any and every question I had and found a carrier that could pick up my car on the exact date I asked for in no time. The only negative was that I paid $253 above the shipping quote I was given (I was quoted at $700, I ended up paying $953). The carriers were incredibly polite- the two drivers that picked up my car quickly realized that I was having trouble understanding what they were saying due to their accents, and took the time to ensure that I understood what was going on. My car was guaranteed to be delivered in 6 days, and they got in there in 3. There was not a single scratch, dent, or damage on my vehicle. I am so appreciative of the care both Jeff and the drivers put into answering my questions, calming my nerves, and getting my car safely across the country. I would recommend them to a friend!
