Original pickup was on Sat. On Friday they called to reschedule the pickup to Sunday. The driver showed up on time on Sunday. Original delivery was on Sat(7 days after pickup). Since it was picked up one day later than scheduled, I assumed the delivery on Sun. The delivery turned out to be on Thursday evening(VERY FAST!! in FOUR days!!). The driver called early on Thursday morning to notify the delivery around 6pm to 8pm, depending on traffic. The driver was very nice. However, the truck broke down on the way and the delivery didn't happen until around 1am... My car was dirty as expected in an open carrier but NO DAMAGES. I saw the drivers unload my car - THEY ARE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. Even though I had to wait until 1am that night to get my car, I am pretty satisfied with the overall experience. The price is very reasonable. Although not the cheapest, it is relatively cheaper than other smaller(riskier I think) companies.
Suggestions: Make sure you don't have many plans/parties scheduled during the week of your car shipping. Pickup and delivery time may change and clash with your other schedule. Time is important but I assume everybody cares more about the SAFETY of the car. Amerifreight is trustworthy with good prices.
Driver is happier with CASH.
