One of the most importnat aspects to me for this shipment was the communication between the customer service representatives and myself. Amy and Chantell made sure I was taken care of from the moment my wife and and I contacted them. Because of the complexity and logistics of the move, the on-line chat was very effective in coordinating the necessary changes and ensuring all avenues were taken care of before we departed California. Once we arrived at our location in Virgina, the driver contacted us as soon as he arrived in our area. He made sure that there was no doubt of the exact location of the delivery and ensured that the listed/documented contacts would be there to except the vehicle. The delivery truck and trailer was is great condition which made me feel good that my vehicle was being transported safely. The driver and myself completed a inspection of my vehilce to ensure that there was no damage and ensured that I was satisfied with the delivery. The driver made sure before he departed to answer any and all questions/concerns that I had. If I need to ship another vehicle, Amerifreight would get my business.
