Response to initial inquiries were prompt and courteous. Contact was very knowledgable and helpful. Quote was best out of three but response speed was a factor as well as price. We had some difficulty with regards to origin pickup point (our fault) and Amerifreight worked patiently with us on that. Driver was very courteous and phoned with location info along the way. Delivery at destination was a breeze. Jose was keeping in touch with 3 or 4 different people from origin and destination points and was always cheerful and courteous. Amerifreight made the whole transaction, which seemed impossible to us, work like a charm and everyone was happy. No damage to car, either.
