Hi my name is Karen and my overall feeling toward AmeriFreight transporting my car so far has been great. This happen to be the second time in which I've used AmeriFreight services. The first time was in late fall transporting my 2007 Nito to Oregon from Detroit, Michigan in 2014 which took a lot longer due to the weather factor which I totally understood. We had a slight problem and my car was then placed into the hands of another company but AmeriFreight was still responsible for my car. My car arrived to my daughter in excellent condition and only needed a car wash Due to the long travel. AmeriFreight noticed a dent on top of the car and was willing to have it repaired but it wasn't AmeriFreight fault because it was a previous dent that wasn't recorded from the beginning. The second time I used AmeriFreight again for the same car in June 2016 but leaving California to Detroit. The price was acceptable for me since I had went down this road before. I was aware that drivers bid on the price if it right for both. This was where Graham Turner kept me updated. I was totally impressed how well Graham Turner worked with me in finding someone to transport my car from California to Detroit at a decent price as well as having the car moved fast within a certain deadline. I had a short window to work with but Graham made it possible. The person Bati Bati from the Carrier Corporation kept me updated on the driver and the drivers name as well as Auto pick up time/ delivery. I was more impressed because the car made it to Detroit sooner than I had expected and only needed a car wash. I'm really glad I kept AmeriFreight information from the first time because this company so far I can trust.
