When contacting several companies for quotes, this was the best for explaining the process and the best customer service I received! Lecia was straight forward without beating around the bush! I highly recommend dealing with AmeriFreight to anyone that needs to ship their vehicle! Just be aware that when you tell the company you want it shipped on a certain day, there is actually a 7 day window they have to work with in order to get a 'spot' on a fleet truck to ship your vehicle (ex- pickup on the 7th, it can get picked up anywhere from the 7th-14th, depending on if there is room for your car/truck within that week). I had no problems though and managed to get mine scheduled for the day that I wanted it actually picked up! Due to weather they tell you anywhere from 7-10 days your vehicle will be delivered, so 10 days later I got my car and other than bugs and dirt, my car was in perfect condition as it was from the day I sent it off. The delivery drivers were super flexible for pickup my vehicle and very friendly to us! The company also called 24 hours prior to dropping off the vehicle and the day of with an estimate of when it would be dropped off and kept in contact with you until you received your vehicle. Go with this company, you will not be sorry.
