We were pleased overall with our experience with Amerifreight. The customer service people were extremely courteous and helpful, and the value was much better than the competition - I had shopped around alot. Our Sequioa made it to Washington State from Pensacoal, FL in great condition and in the scheduled window of time. The specific carrier however, was not as reliable. Both on the front end and back end, they arrived much later than the specified drop off and pick up times that they had called and scheduled with us. For pick up , the transporter called and said they would be there that evening, and didn't arrive until the middle of the next afternoon. And upon delivery of our vehicle, he said it would be mid afternoon of that day, and he didn't come until nearly 11 o'clock that night, which created some inconvenience on both ends. However, the vehicle was in good shape and there when they said it would be there.
