The customer service at Amerifreight was great; everyone seemed knowledgeable and friendly. My problem lied with the trucking company that was contracted to transport my car. The trucker himself was dishonest a few times in responding to my questions and inappropriate on the phone when I had difficulty understanding him. My car was delivered 3 days later than what he originally told me on the telephone and it was not delivered to my home even though there were no obstacles to prevent door to door service. The truck driver merely said he was done driving for the day, but that I could get a ride to the truck stop to pick it up, which I did not wanting to deal with the trucker or wait an additional unknown amount of time for a 4th day. The car was in fine condition, but what started out to be a great experience ended up being a disappointment because of the contracted trucking company.

Our goal is to provide quality service to our customers, not only through our office staff, but also through our carriers. We desire to only partner with carriers that provide a top rate service to our customers. When our customers have a poor experience, as in this situation, we are sure to make note. We will not continue to work with carriers that do not provide good and respectable service to our customers.
