AmeriFreight was great, customer rep awesome. Pick up was perfect and in the time window requested which was a little more money but worth it. However the contractor was totally non-responsive on delivery day. Very stressful delivery, even the driver was frustrated that his boss had not been picking up the phone to help facilitate deliver. But thats not AmeriFreight's fault though, and it wasn't the driver's fault. It was the crappy contractor's front office that was totally non-responsive. I would use AmeriFreight again and they gave me upfront pricing which is really good.
