The overall experience with the auto transporter was great. From start to finish it was a very easy process. After I asked for a quote I was contacted right away and all my questions got answered. Such as: How long is the pick up window? ...will my car be moved from trailer to trailer or does it stay on the same one for the entire trip? Do I have to present at the final destination or can a friend / family member sign for me? etc. It was also pretty easy to get a hold of a sales rep. or customer service member to check on status or process of the transport. You could even call the driver. Once again I am very satisfied with my car shipment and would recommend them as well as use them again.
