I have shipped my car from East to West coast and vice versa several times. I think this was the most painless experience. First Ali spoke in clear English, and did not put me on hold for long periods, or have an extremely noisy background (all things I experienced in the past from other companies). Another surprise was that I was not called to tell me I needed to increase the fee, even though I was warned by Ali this might happen, depending on what company picked up the bid. I have almost always been forced to pay more money.
The driver was also quite nice, and on both ends was willing to come to our neighborhood rather than pick a central location. Car was in good shape, and everything stowed in it was still there!
The only minor complaint I had was that I was notified early in the am (6:30) that a driver would be there that very evening. I was leaving for work when I got this message, and fear I could have missed the call and not been home to prepare the car. It was not Ali that notified me and the person at first told me I had to have cash ready to hand driver. After going to an ATM, he then informed me that the cash was needed at the other end - at delivery.
Overall, I was happy with the service and would use them again!
