The agent that I spoke to was really helpful. He kept me up to date about what was going on since they couldn't pick up the vehicle on the 1st date that we agreed on. But since we couldn't do it on the 1st day, he got me the very next day. In total I paid $345 to transport from the Chicago area to st. Louis, which isn't bad compared to towing companies so I'm happy on the price.
