At first I was a bit nervous about transporting my new vehicle from the east to west coast, particularly when my original representative was no longer working for the company for unknown reasons and hadn't notified me of his leaving. Luckily, when I inquired about this, I was connected with Graham, who took over my transportation services at that point. My vehicle was delivered successfully with no issues. Delivery date was delayed due to no carriers available for the original price quoted at 1270.00, howvever I was able to secure an enclosed carrier for my 2015 GMC Terrain at 1570.00, putting my mind at ease with regard to transport and exposure to the elements during delivery. Both Amerifreight and the actual transporter answered my questions and gave me updates on its status when I called, and both pick up and delivery was within the time specified by the driver. Overall, it was a good experience.
