I was hesitant at first because shipping a vehicle overall is a sensitive matter. The idea of someone else having control over my car for thousands of miles is nerve wrecking, but I'm happy to say that I found a company that put me at ease! From my first conversation with Amerifreight, I received excellent customer service from Lecia. She was knowledgeable, prompt, and respectable. She answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The carrier that actually transported my vehicle was also knowledgeable and handled my vehicle delicately and cautiously. The carrier was prompt with pick up and delivery! We always kept in contact whether it be through text or phone call, so I was always up to date throughout the entire shipping process. After receiving the car, I was so pleased to discover no harm to the vehicle whatsoever. Yes, and I mean no damage to the vehicle at all! Ran smoothly and looked exactly how it did when it was loaded. I will definitely use AmeriFreight again, and I highly recommend!
