Ali Miller (AmeriFreight Agent) is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and very thorough when answering our questions and concerns. The truck company should be diligent enough to call us for any change in schedule of pickup since all of us are working. However, our car reached its destination a day earlier so I don't consider the whole experience as unsatisfactorily, but maybe they can improve on those things I pointed out
