While I had no problems with pick-up or delivery I did have a small problem with the carrier who was delivering. They delivered after normal business hours, and they overchaged me by $65. Since Amerifreight was closed I could not get ahold of them to straighten things out. The trucking co would not unload until they were paid the full price on their paperwork even if it was more that what was on my contract. To make a long story short I wound up getting my money back but it took around 2 weeks to get a refund from the trucking co. I would reccomend that in the future Amerifreight should re-fund overcharges directly or have somebody on call for after-hours issues.
