The first thing that impressed me is that Ali answered her phone in person. I also got quotes from two other companies, but for both I had to leave messages and as a result Ali got my business.
Everything was prompt and professional. AmeriFreight was the only company offering the AFTA insurance. If you choose to purchase this coverage I would HIGHLY suggest you register and read all of the procedures BEFORE your vehicle is picked up by the carrier as there are many things you must be aware of to file a claim. Thankfully for me, there was no damage to my vehicle, but there is a lot you need to know if you should need to file a claim.
My car was available on a Saturday, had a carrier offer on Monday ($150 over the estimated price, which I accepted because of the timing), was picked up on Wednesday and delivered on Friday.
Ali called both the day after pick up and the Monday after delivery to see how everything went. All in all I was extremely pleased with my experience with AmeriFreight.
