Overall, I was impressed with how honest & direct Graham was. I explained we needed a very specific pickup date with no exception allowed, as my daughter was moving from LA after her college graduation, and had only one available day prior to her flight home to Virginia. Graham said that would be significantly more expensive and the sooner we started the more likely it would go smoothly. So we started several weeks out, and the results were outstanding.
The driver told us two days before he would be there to pickup between 9-12pm on the exact date, and was actually there at 8:45 AM. Perfect!
Upon delivery, within the 7-10 days we were told, the driver was polite, the car was in the same condition as it was when picked up (okay, dirtier from the road), and the entire delivery process took maybe 10 minutes.
Outstanding service by Graham, outstanding service by their subbed trucking company. Thank to both!
