From beginning to end, the service and communication was top notch. I felt unsure about the experience going into it. Every person involved, from the agent to dispatcher to the driver were very polite and respectful. They answered any question I had regarding every aspect of the move. The driver offered to be in constant communication during the trip and followed up before and after the delivery.
