Good Price and On Time but Dirty

This was my first experience shipping a vehicle. I did a little research and picked 3 of the top rated shipping companies that were listed. I was personally looking for a company with large number of reviews (hundreds+) and also had positive feedback/reviews by their customers.

I called and asked for 3 quotes and AmeriFreight had the best price. Also their website was very informative as well as providing good information on insurance. I found the customer service from Josh at AmeriFreight to be good...polite, knowledgeable, and not overbearing or trying to force me to purchase extras per say like insurance. I chose the Expedited Shipping meaning pick up within 5 days and deliver within 5 days on an open air transport as well as the insurance that would keep me from having to pay out of pocket if something were to happen or any damage to my car. The insurance was an extra $100 and may or may not have been worth it but it gave me piece of mind and that is mostly what this type of insurance is about to me.

I was able to call a few days in advance and Josh found me a Driver/Company that would pick up within 5 days as well as deliver within 4 days from Washington State to Texas. The driver picked up my car and delivered it on time to the previously stated timeline and without any damage. I was a little shocked at first to see how Dirty my car was but it is winter time as well as an open air transport. Also, there was a light dust on the inside of my car and not sure what it was from. My car cleaned up nicely with only 1 drive through car wash and interior wipe down.

Over all i am a satisfied customer and would most likely use AmeriFreight again.
