Going into shipping my car across the country I was a bit hesitant as I have never shipped my car before. After extensive research and phone calls I finally chose AmeriFreight because they had the highest reviews and coincidentally the lowest quote. Dave was who I dealt with - a true southern gentleman who was nothing but helpful. From the get-go there were problems - we couldn't find a carrier that wanted to take my car East rather than South. Dave assured me everything would work out. And it did! He kept me in the loop and spoke with me almost every day until he found a carrier to ship my car. Then when it came time to ship the car - yet another problem. I had a call from the carrier saying they would drop off by Wednesday night and to have the money available. Then Wednesday night after taking off work I was informed by the carrier they wouldn't be dropping the car off until Thursday evening. I called Dave and while he was at home (not at work) he returned my phone call and said he would take care of things. He death with the company personally for me and kept in contact with me even until after I receieved my car. Customer service with AmeriFreight has been great and I would definitely use them again. Although my experience with the carrier was not the best, Dave made this process seamless. I am glad to have chosen them.
