I shipped a truck from West Coast to East Coast. The entire situation was very stressful. Apparently, there were not a lot of trucks that wanted to go that route at least not for the price I really wanted to pay. However, the one thing that was simply amazing and kept me sane and kept me going was the Customer Service. Not only did Graham either answer the phone every time I called or directly after leaving a message but at a certain point, he knew the phone number and would answer my call by name. At the very last minute, as in 10 hours before my flight, a company pulled through for a little more money and a little shorter route. However, I got my truck in 6 days in perfect condition without having to drag my two year old in a cross country trip. Not only, did Graham discount for my spouse's military service, he discounted some of his cut to make sure that there was enough incentive for a company to move the truck. He kept reassuring me that with a few changes such as the city change, etc that we would indeed get the truck across the country. So yes overall, the shipping process is not for the faint of heart but the customer service was good and he got the job done.
