Jessica provide great customer service and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. The only problem was of my own making by not reading the Afta Requirements in adequate detail anticipating no problems. There was some very minor damage to the vehicle that would have been covered by the policy if I had noted on the bill of lading that the car was too dirty to examine....however after washing the car I noted the small repair needed....nevertheless the transport was on time, and the driver was very courteous. I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone as well as use them again. Dr. Nikki
