When considering how to get my vehicle across country, I first asked my colleagues (4000 at my company) to recommend a carrier. I received many responses but also did a search for carriers on line. AmeriFreight came up in the search and was very straightforward with their advertisement of exactly how it works and how the "best rate" is achieved. I could have booked it directly there on line, but I preferred to speak with a human before turning my Mercedes over to just anybody. I called the number and having read other reviews, asked for Graham. Graham explained everything to me in detail which made me feel confident that my car would be in good hands. His passion with regards to customer service was appreciated and he always called me with updates and status reports prior to my car leaving NYC and during the trip. Following up after it arrived was especially nice, and I would gladly recommend their services to anyone wishing to relocate their vehicle. I elected to take it to a local drop off point for the carriers to load it so they wouldn't have to come into the city with an 18 wheeler. The guys that worked for the carrier were very efficient, also great communicators of the process and treated me with great respect. The car was delivered early, two days prior to ETA, and the calls and service were exactly as they said it would be. I am happy to share my experience and hope it creates more business for all of these gentlemen. I could not have asked for a better service.
