I was starting a new job in Texas and needed my car there in time. My broker quoted a 75% likelihood my car will be picked up within 3-5 days if I paid the higher package. I did so, and it was worth it for the peace of mind. I asked for Tuesday pickup, and they picked it up Monday night. The car was delivered Thursday morning in Houston, extremely dirty because of rainstorms, but in exactly the same condition I gave them.
Overall, I would use them again if given the chance as I had peace of mind and assurance my car gets to where it was promised!!!!!
