First time to transport a car. After some online research. I contacted Bob at AmeriFreight and his reply was prompt and informative. So we setup a bid and I waited for a couple of days (but it was not very urgent to me anyway). During those days I got a call from someone and asked me to change my mind about the company which did upset me a little. But it turned out all fine since Bob found me a carrier within one week and had my car shipped. I could see both Bob and the driver Jerry (from Papa Rose Transportation) were doing their best to provide a nice service, as they kept me updated about the pickup and delivery time and any possible changes. Of course my car were delivered sound and safe in the end. As a reminder for future customers, I got calls from some other drivers willing to pickup my car right before the scheduled pickup. Therefore I have the feeling that some information on the board might not be well protected. So as a best practice, stay in contact with Bob and the confirmed driver.
