Graham at Amerifreight is a cool, no nonsense business man. This being my first time shipping a car, I was very nervous and didn't know which company to trust. I read a lot of positive reviews about Amerifreight and they gave me the lowest quote out of 3 companies so I decided to give them a shot. I put in my order and then received the contract and instructions up front before signing. I even called Graham three times and he calmy explained the process to me. I never felt rushed or pressured and he was upfront about a likely quote increase in order to get the car shipped. After accepting, Graham called me later that day when he found a driver. Even though the new price was $150 more than the initial quote, it was still cheaper than the other companies. Plus, it was worth it to me because they were able to pickup the car within my limited time frame. After the car was delivered, Graham called to check on the car and make sure I was happy. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thank you for your patience with this confident and pleased first time shipper Graham.
