I paid for a definitive pick up date and the carrier picked up the car one day late after keeping me waiting for hours and hours on the day the pick up was scheduled. After that, he asked me to be present a day earlier from the scheduled time of delivery. It was a short distance move, from Atlanta to Ft Myers. We agreed that the carrier will drop off my car between 8-9 pm a day early. After I changed all of my moving plans to be present at the delivery location, the driver calls me that he is delayed and will not show up until midnight.The driver finally showed up at 1 am. In the end, I paid for a transport order, to be picked up on a certain day and that never happened. I expect that a certain amount should be refunded to me.Overall, the amerifreight customer service was satisfactory but with no results. The transportation company that actually moved my car, southeastern, were a total mess. The reason that they messed up my days was because they had an aston martin and a ferrari that required their attention.
