Our delivery was off the preferred route of most shippers. The delivery driver tried to wrangle with the person receiving the vehicle to arrange a pick up out of state, 65 miles away from the bill of lading address. The shipping company backed up their driver. I asked Amerifreight to resolve the problem and they solved it right away and the delivery was a day early at the contracted address. The car came through in good condition as well.
