Graham at Amerifreight made his explanations short and simple. Then sent me an email with the agreement to review. Upon identifhing shipper, Graham helped me negotiate the price (!). I had dispach phone which allowed me to track my car. Three days before delivery driver contacted me, and I communicated with him several times to see where he is, and coordinate time and lcoation for delivery. Car delivered in exact same condition that it was picked. The whole thing was simple!
