I was terrified of shipping my car across the country. After speaking with Jorge Cruz he made me feel at ease and seemed very knowledgeable about the process. He gave me advice and even though i was skeptical about the whole process of leaving my most valuable possession in the hands of complete strangers- he was very kind and able to assist with every question i had.

They let me know a day in advance who the carrier would be and Jorge told me to call him if they did not contact me at a certain time- however they contacted me BEFORE that time and even allowed me to change the address where they were picking up my car!

I needed my car there before a certain date and they made sure it was there way before! They even were able to update me days before it was dropped off. Overall this was a completely smooth process and I would definitely recommend and DEFINITELY use Amerifreight again for my car transport needs.

Thank you to everyone involved you helped ease my anxiety and gained my trust and that is something that doesnt happen very often!
