I was somewhat nervous about the process because I had never shipped a car before. I was moving from Boston to Seattle, so that it was important that the car be picked up before I left. After the first carrier assigned to pick up the car was delayed for repairs, another carrier (Mariupol Transport) was assigned and picked up the car on time. The car arrived seven days later in Seattle. It seems that they even washed it before delivery.
