It was my first time shipping a vehicle, so my knowledge level was low. Unfortunately I contacted a different company and believed their false promises, I had to constantly call them for updates, and pull information from them. The car sat for two weeks. I was about to fly to the destination and get the car myself! Then I called Scott at AmeriFreight, He thoroughly explained the process and had an honest explanation for me, as well as a plan to get my car. I took it with a grain of salt, but was pleasantly surprised. He got Skyline transport to pick up the car in 1 week from our conversation. Skyline was awesome too, they estimated 6 days for delivery and got it to me in 4 days and the car was perfect. I will definitely use AmeriFreight again and refer them to anyone in need of moving a vehicle.
